The Jørgen Møller Hansen Parafoil 1991 had been launched first thing on Sunday morning but a rain shower brought it down. It was re-launched from the bridle point attached to the anchor later in the day to dry out and to try and figure out some odd behaviour.

It may be that there was an unresolved mis-setting on the bridle ring where the lines should be in strict sequence. A slight oddity had previously been noted with the top left cell but it was very unstable in the higher wind. A frayed bridle line was seen when the kite was finally wrapped so futher work is required.

The Four Diamonds and Eight Diamonds kites did remain in flight until the effective end of the event shortly before 4:00pm. The Flare 1988 was the last kite to be launched...
